New game won't appear

Hi everyone i bought "Sims 4 explore college" yesterday, but when i open the game it is not listed under the expansion packages, and when i look under extra material I have "the sims 4 working day" ...

Hi @misswraae,

Sometimes when a game doesn't show up it could be that the payment hasn't completed yet. Could you double-check the purchases status in your Order History? This EA Help article gives a good rundown of the different status meanings: Origin Order History and Status Guide.

We also have a Sims pack installation guide. Please take a look at that article. Could you let us know if you've completed the relevant steps listed there for how you purchased the game?
