I recently got a new laptop as my old one broke and I couldn’t access it, and I redownloaded sims, but it doesn’t have my old game saved. I don’t know if it automatically saved to iCloud or not but I can’t seem to find my old game. It just says ‘new game.’ I am not sure if I am able to transfer my old game and where it might be saved to. I need some help please guys, thanks.
gigisimon2004 You should be able to see all your iCloud files from your new computer, that is if you've linked it to your Apple ID. The files would only have uploaded if iCloud Drive was enabled and syncing the contents of Documents on your old Mac, which is not guaranteed. At any rate, here's how to check:

If you do find the files, move them to the Sims 4 folder the game is reading, which will be in the standard Documents folder. To make sure you're viewing that folder, open a File Explorer window, then click Macintosh HD, then Users > your username > Documents.
