New patch update
I’m missing almost all my hours on the EA it was over a 10000+ it’s currently at 3720 which doesn’t make any sense if I have been playing since origin was still a thing can someone help me fix this??...

My issue is my hours are missing. It wasn’t like this before the new update. Other people are having this issue too, and I haven't been able to launch my game either. Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post; I never made a forum, but I would really like my hours back. My account was made in 2019 so i know for a fact i have more than 3720 hours on sims.
Hours played are irrelevant to whether the game works or not but I can try and help you with your game not launching. Please follow the instructions here and let me know how you get on -
