No lots in pack worlds

I just downloaded a couple of packs. They worked fine for a while game was normal and all. One day,i wanted to play with my save but mt komorebi was empty??? Not even empty lots.. just no lots at all. I checked all my worlds, same issue w brindleton bay, britechester, san sequoia and henford on bagley... the base game worlds were normal, but when i clicked on a lot to load it it was stuck on the loafing screen. Tried removing mods, even did a factory reset... i basically cannot play the game now.
