Follow these steps to launch a new clean game - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M163
Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
Hi, I have done this and I think now it only crashes when I am in CAS for a long time, I can play the game regularly but whenever I spend a long time in CAS mode it will unexpectedly quit

This is the crash report that pops up immediately when my game crashes, I put it in a google doc so it would be easier.
