@mallybearcookie1 I managed to figure out the way. We need to reset the Origin. Here is the link where you can use download the origin reset tool. Once you've reset the origin, you need to exit origin & log in again. Hope it helps. Anywho, it would be better if you can update to the latest OS.
- @x4m1r4 i have reset origins using the reset tool and exiting and restarting and all that and it doesn't do anything. i think it needs to be updated hopefully that'll help
