@puzzlezaddict hi, I'm getting this prompt but I have a Mac computer? I used to play on windows

When downloading the sims 4 seasons, I get this: "Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission."but have a Mac??? I used to play on a windows computer.

@56Gemini I've moved your post to the Mac section (and changed the title of the thread), since troubleshooting Origin in macOS is very different than in Windows. Please try running the Origin reset tool: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/ If that doesn't help, please take a screenshot of the error and attach it to a post. Unfourtanetly, this did not work.When I opened up origin I got a message that says this:
