sims 4 black and blue screen
when i go to play the sims the menu screen is black and blue, its frozen and i cant tap on anything, i have to force quit to leave. i deleted all my mods, i deleted all my Sims files, i uninstalled Sims 4, i uninstalled EA and reinstalled it and it still did the same thing. i dont have any mods added currently.
