I'm new & trying to access Sims 4 that I purchased through Origin. I downloaded Origin to my Mac, but I can't access anything. When I click on the icon, it comes up as a white box. I've tried uninstalling + reinstalling as well at restarting my Mac. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I open it.

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again.
Did you manage to solve this problem? Having the same issue
All of the below did not work..
-Downloading in Safe Mode
-Reset Origin (done this 1000 times)
-Verify Gatekeeper Settings
-Disable Proxy Settings
-Disable Firewall
-Reset Mac Host Files
I also did not deny any permission window that popped up when installing.
I updated to the latest MacOS software and this did not make a difference. Still not working!! Blank white screen when Origin is launched
Any other ideas before I get a refund?
