owning a MAC computer
Now that I own a MAC all of the packs that I owned on windows can't be accessed but the game still recognises that I own them? Is there any way that I could regain access to my packs or am I done for?

I believe you have to unlink your Steam/Epic account from your EA account. I've moved your post to the EA App Tech forum, hopefully someone here will be able to help you figure it out.

Yep but Steam is a completely separate storefront to EA App. If you had used EA App on the Windows machine you wouldn't have to purchase them again (not cheerleading EA App, just explaining 🙂). Steam are a 3rd party and don't make a macOS version of the game available.

Did you purchase the Packs through Steam or Epic? If so they are not transferable to macOS because the TS4 base game has never been available on Steam/Epic. You will need to repurchase them through EA App or buy codes from a reputable storefront and redeem them in EA App.
PS - It is Mac, short for Macintosh, not MAC 😜
