Missing games in library

Hello,

I've just ordered BF3, 4 and ONE games via EA App. Obviously I wanted to download those games immediately after the purchase, but they weren't showing up in my library. I checked the order status, but everything was alright and even recieved a reciept.

So my request is simple. I want to own my games that I purchased and therefore belong to me.
