Packs are not showing in game since July 2022

Since the big update that came out end of July 2022 for the High School pack my game has been broken.

I play on Macbook, I bought all my games with EA, I have no moods or CCs, cleared all the catches, uninstalled and reinstalled the game  6 or so times. Contacted EA support and they were useless as per usual. Open 5  cases and NOTHING. I'm frustrated and exhausted all my options. Haven't played for 9 months.

The games are all installed some of the games that display "Play" show up in the games. The other packs that display "Details" do not show up in the game Instead, they show up in the game as red/white/? image ( I've attached a picture).

 I've updated/ repaired the game and I'm at my wit's end and don't know what to do. I've NEVER had an issue since before the July update.

HELP!

    I followed all the steps and I'm still having the same issue. Most packs still say "details".

    I have no CC in the game the bed is from the University pack.

    These are all the packs that are marked as "details" and not showing.

    Most of my packs also say “Details” but the content loads fine.

    Did you properly uninstall Origin and get rid of every single file in the guide or just trash the app?

    Yes,  I properly uninstall Origin and removed all Origin files

    The first time it didn't work so I did it a second time and Im still having the same issues.

    I've no idea why you're still having this issue if you have properly uninstalled and re-installed Origin and the game. Which exact model Mac and version of macOS do you have?

    I re-installed Origin by going on EA and getting the MacBook version. 

    I have a MacBook Pro ( Retina Early 2015)

      macOS Monterey, Version 12.6.3 the most updated version.

    I've attached a picture of my Mac and a picture of the Origin/ files I deleted for the 3rd time.
