Yes, I properly uninstall Origin and removed all Origin files
The first time it didn't work so I did it a second time and Im still having the same issues.
I've no idea why you're still having this issue if you have properly uninstalled and re-installed Origin and the game. Which exact model Mac and version of macOS do you have?

I re-installed Origin by going on EA and getting the MacBook version.
I have a MacBook Pro ( Retina Early 2015)
macOS Monterey, Version 12.6.3 the most updated version.

I've attached a picture of my Mac and a picture of the Origin/ files I deleted for the 3rd time.

What is in that Sims 4 folder at the bottom of the trash window that is using so much space? 5.6GB is a ridiculously large TS4 folder if you don’t use CC. - MimiJanvier3 years agoNew Novice
ohh .. snap ha ha 😞 . I just noticed this was my backup folder with all my mods and CC's. They were not in the game at all.
All my packs and the Sims 4 are on my External hard drive. I notice that the base game is fine all the items are showing up. It's only the packs I'm having an issue, something is missing/ broken.

I don’t see the issue in the screenshot? You have the filter on to show base game content? - MimiJanvier3 years agoNew Novice
I added the screenshot and filter to the base game to show you that the base game objects are showing up/ working in the game. The objects/ clothes from all the packs are not showing at all. When I put or transfer an object in the game it gives me this error " Object is missing its footprint resource".

Maybe it's the external drive. It can happen if the connection isn't fast enough and the drive is frequently unplugged. You could try reformatting it and starting again with the installation.
