Packs installed, but keep saying "restart to use" when I open Sims 4 to play

I finally bought Discover University and the Toddlers Stuff pack yesterday, and both have installed, but when I try to open the Sims, they both say "restart to use" when I hover over their icons, and...

Wherever your game is installed to, normally the Applications folder, there should also be a Sims 4 Packs folder. Can you please open it and then open the EP08 folder, screenshot the contents and post the screenshot here. Please do the same for the SP12 folder.
