packs not working

okay so I downloaded sims4 through steam on a Samsung windows computer and bought the "get together" pack and got the holiday celebrations which is free. I just got a MacBook and transferred everything over to the Mac but the only problem is both of the packs keep saying "available on windows". I don't have steam on the MacBook since I knew steam doesn't support Mac and Im pretty sure I've done everything you can do lol. I've uninstalled and re-installed sims4, I've checked my ea to make sure I'm logged in correctly, I've repaired the game, I've logged out of EA and I even talked to EA customer support for an hour. is there anything I can do or am I gonna have to start an entire new game?

Steam absolutely supports Mac, there is a Mac version of the app and Mac games available. Unfortunately Sims 4 is not one of them so any purchases you made for Sims 4 through Steam on your Windows machine are not available to you on your Mac. Steam is a different store front to EA App and the Mac version of the game is only available through EA App. You will need to repurchase the Packs if you want to play with them on your Mac.

I had bought DLCs on steam on windows and recently got a new Mac computer and my DLCs are saying not installed and have been trying to figure this out for 3 days now after talking to 4.5 people and have had no luck. I’ve clicked manage and hit repair, manage add-ons, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing so now I have to come on here and for someone to look at it and hopefully figure out a way to fix my game so I can finally play with all my DLCs how I want to play !

There is nothing to fix, you purchased packs through Steam for Windows but those packs are not available for Mac through Steam because the game is not available through Steam for macOS. See my previous comment in this thread I have merged your post into for further explanation.
