Page up/down buttons not functioning

Hello! I play on Mac and have no mods and only base game. When I am in Live Mode, I am unable to page up/down and switch floors even though my houses have multiple levels. I have tried everything I can think of in game and saved many times. Game functions normally in Build Mode. When in live mode, I can't control page up/down or wall view. Lastly, this problem occurs on every lot in all three worlds, aside from my starting lot in Newcrest. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

    I have a macbook air with no mouse, just trackpad. Page up/down is go to next floor.

    Page up/down are keys on a keyboard. What you're seeing in-game when you hover over the UI is a reference to a Windows keyboard layout. Mac notebooks don't have these keys. You can hold down the Function key and use the up and down arrows to cycle through floors.Can you not click on the UI in-game to go to different floors and walls up/down though?

    that's correct, keyboard shortcuts and buttons don't work
