After updating, repairing the game, loading without CC and starting a new game, I'm still having the same issue I've been having for the last 2 years. Nothing was fixed for me. ☹️

Thanks both. You both have Broadwell processors with Intel Iris 6xxxx graphics. Not sure if that is relevant but interesting. Thanks for your specs. 🙂
