Purchased Sims packs unavailable for download

Hi can you help me please.  I am unable to download my purchased pack onto my Apple laptop top , I originally purchased them on a windows laptop ?? [CM edit - descriptive title]

    Hey honeyandteddy14​, 

    Just to confirm, which platform did you purchase the packs on?

    Unfortunately, if you purchased them through Steam or Epic, those platforms don't offer the Mac version of the game, and aren't compatible with macOS, which would explain why they aren't available to download for you after swapping laptops.
