I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

I don't want to upgrade my macOS because Catalina does not support 32-bit applications that I need for work. I also do not have most of my files backed up and I am worried a may lose some while updating to an OS that is much more advanced than mine.
