Re: 2019 Macbook Pro 13" run Sims 4?

@beesmart3

It will run ok but if you can the 16" would be much better as it has dedicated graphics and will still be able to run on all high settings in a few years. The 128GB SSD is on the small side but you could run the game off an external drive. 8GB RAM is also pretty standard now, it would be better to go to 16GB RAM to future-proof yourself if you can.

    @Bluebellflora Thank you for the response! Having dedicated graphics makes sense. By running "ok" do you mean it would run smoothly on lower graphics settings? I'm not too worried about playing on the highest settings as I only play very occasionally. I mostly use my laptop for work, school, and streaming music/videos.
    That's a good point with the storage and RAM as well. I also would probably adjust either one so that it would overall last at least as long as my Air did.

    Yes 🙂 You will be able to play well though and if high graphics isn't that important to you and you won't be playing all the time, you'll be fine. Apple have significantly improved them with the quad core CPUs and they now have dual fans for better cooling too.
