@firequeen76I specifically turned off firewall on McAfee. That seemed to work. When I turned it back on it didn't work, so must be that. I hope you make it work! ☹️

Thank you I tried to turn off the firewall on Kaspersky. But everything I turned off on my antivirus it didn’t seem to help. 
I’m also not sure what changed because it was working and then it wasn’t and I didn’t do anything different. But I appreciate the help. I am still trying to make it work.

As you're both using antivirus that is more than likely interfering with these SDX drops I can't be any further help. If you do figure out what specific thing in the antivirus is blocking the SDX delivery please do post back to help others 🙂

@BluebellfloraI have been trying for a month. I keep pouring over Kaspersky options, turning off different things. I disconnected it from my computer. I still am unable to get on the gallery. I am not sure what else to try. I moved my sims folder to the desktop, and my games were gone and still no gallery. I can't figure out how to make my phone a hotspot. But did try everything else recommended to me. Does anyone have any thing that worked?
