It seems like you have? Can you confirm whether it really is installed or not?
What does it show in Origin?
What does it show in the Packs menu at the main menu in the game?
Is pack content showing up in CAS and build/buy at all? OK, so it is installed but none of the cas or build but shows up. And I can see it in the main menu where my packs are. And in Origin it also shows but again it still says restart to use and I have :/
