My sim's 4 is saying it's saves are in " C:\users\Public\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\Slot_00000002.save "
I'm on a mac, and can not for the life of me understand how it's located in a C: directory (???), I'm able to load & reload saves, despite it saying it's saved there
I do NOT have an Electronic Arts in my Documents folder, and can't figure out how to get it back so I can access it ?!
I thought maybe I didn't give permission to The Sims when it first loaded since I updated, but I made sure to go in and add Full Disk Access to the launcher
but I think because the saves are already established in this public document area, I can't re-make it in the proper Documents?
I searched all through my files for any Electronic Arts folders, for all of my Documents folders, I turned off iCloud etc
I'm not sure what to do other than a fresh install, but I'm hoping not to
Can you please follow the instructions posted in the reply directly before yours explaining how to find the game file location.
Macs don't have C: drives, that's Windows.
