Re-downloaded Sims 4 and my packs wont work
Hi all -
I recently redownloaded the Sims 4 onto my Macbook after not having it for 3 years. I own a multitude of packs that I have collected over years of playing but none of them will load in-game. The game itself shows them listed in "My Packs" but they are all labeled as uninstalled. When I go onto the EA App and click manage "Add-Ons", it shows all my packs listed as installed (with the options next to each pack having an un-install button.
I keep trying to click the uninstall button but it doesn't do anything. I honestly have no idea what to do and it discourages me from playing without all these packs. Please let me know if there are any ideas or methods to fix this. Even video tutorials, I am so desperate :(

OMG I figured it out. I was able to clear the cache in my app through the help button at the very top of my screen. The app restarted and then all my packs showed the blue download button and they are able to download!!! Live saver I am so happy, it was so easy after I finally read somewhere and figured that out.
