Re-downloaded Sims 4 and my packs wont work

Hi all -  I recently redownloaded the Sims 4 onto my Macbook after not having it for 3 years. I own a multitude of packs that I have collected over years of playing but none of them will load in-gam...

    OMG I figured it out. I was able to clear the cache in my app through the help button at the very top of my screen. The app restarted and then all my packs showed the blue download button and they are able to download!!! Live saver I am so happy, it was so easy after I finally read somewhere and figured that out.
