Re: Game Data Incomplete, grey llamas, red and white sims, broken textures

I bought the Pack for 30€ I got the confirmation that I got it I can see it in my gallery but I can't use it I don't have access to the world I don't have access to the build mode and if I try to make a fairy in create a SIM it just doesn't work I can't use the outfits from it either they're just not there

    Looks like your game installation is corrupted. See the solution in green in the opening post of this thread I've merged your post into for further instructions.
