Move out the whole Sims 4 folder, not just the Mods folder then repair the game. See how it plays after that.
Why do you think there's an issue with your graphics card, do you have a really old unsupported Mac?

My Mac is a few years old and it's technically not a "gaming" computer and weird icons pop up all over (for example : the glitchiness put copies of the old Load and New Game icons all over the screen)
The game also crashes... see attached the crash log. I also found out I have Intel graphics... might have to go to Best Buy to get some RAM and a new graphics card...
Yeah, the Intel HD 5000 isn't very powerful but you won't be able to upgrade to a better graphics card. MacBook Pros, Airs and iMacs aren't upgradeable. What Mac do you have?
An iMac, unfortunately ☹️ What can I do? I never had this problem before. If all else fails, I have the option of saving my Saves and reinstalling or repairing the game.
Have you tried repairing it? Try this super repair then load a new game with no mods/cc.
