Re: I can't visit Snowy Escape World - no lots visible

On any new save it occurs. 

@crinrict I have actions like this available within the game such as this, but cannot actually visit the snowy escape world.

Try trashing the Snowy Escape Pack and re-downloading it:

1. Makes sure Origin is closed
2. Navigate to the Sims 4 Packs folder. It will be in the same location as the base game, normally in your User/Applications folder.
3. Trash the EP10 folder
4. Open Origin and re-download the pack

@BluebellfloraHi thanks for the suggestion - I tried this and it has not worked. 

Within the EP10 areas folder I have the below but they still don't appear within the world.

@emlovessims Hello. I'm followed step by move folder the sims4 to desktop and lunched game again result was fixed. CR: in attached file
