Is there a resource.cgf file in the Mods folder you created? Could you please click on the Mods folder you created once, to highlight it, then go to File > Get Into in the menu bar and copythe file path that shows under General > Where and paste it here. Yes there is a resource.cfg but after I select the folder, how do I go to file and do everything else? When I highlight the mods folder, then hit control, file doesn't show up.
Ok this is what shows: /Users/reynag./iCloud Drive (Archive)/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

Thanks. The problem is the file path. The Sims 4 folder needs to be directly in Users > [your user account] > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Yours is in a previous iCloud Drive folder which is now archived. Move the Sims 4 folder (or just Mods folder, whichever you prefer) to the correct location and the game will load the data. This thread goes into more detail about iCloud Drive and the Sims 4 folder https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Saves-CC-Mods-or-Library-items-disappeared/td-p/10242133 Thank you so much. It all works now.
