Re: [MAC] The game froze

If it's stuck on saving, you'll likely have to end The Sims 4 task in the Task Manager.

1: Right-Click the Task Bar in Windows at the bottom of your screen, select Start Task Manager.

2: Go to the Processes tab.
3: Look for the process TS4.exe, right-click it, and select "End Process."

Be warned, this will not save your game, but it will shut down Sims 4 so you can start it again.
