Make sure Origin and the game are closed. Open the Sims 4 Packs folder which will be in the same location as your Sims 4 base game in Finder, usually your Mac user account Applications folder. Trash the EP04 folder. Launch Origin and redownload the pack then launch the game.

    Thank you so much. But should I save my games first? How can I do it?

    Your saves are stored in the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. This is a completely separate location to the game installation and is not affected. However, good computer practice is to always have backups of your computer anyway, especially if you have precious files you never want to lose.
