Please if anyone can help me get my game files back after the EA/Sims 4 deleted them please do so! I am freaking out I have tears down my face because I cannot find any of my sims, builds in gallery or even my games/saved games on the game page. Please if there is anything I can do please let me know I am desperate!
EA and/or the game have not removed any of your files. The culprit is most probably iCloud running on your Mac and moving the Sims 4 user data to the cloud. The game cannot access it there so will create a new Sims 4 folder. You need to disable iCloud Drive syncing your Documents folder. Please read the opening post in this thread I have merged your posts into and follow the instructions.

The Gallery is online only. Anything you upload to the Gallery will always be available to you and anyone else wanting to download it. I think you're referring to your in-game Library which stores your saves households and Lots. Anything saved to your Library is saved in the Tray folder in the Sims 4 folder which is probably now up in the cloud.
