Please can you list exactly when your game is crashing, at what point.

So this is what happens exactly.
When I click the launch game button in the EA app, the EA app minimizes, the Sims 4 Icon in the dock bounces.
Then the game crashes without even opening, and the EA app window reappears.

I have done all the recommended troubleshooting, clean installs and even updated the app.
I tried running my macOS on the beta version, and still nothing worked
