Re: There is no Electronic Arts folder Sims 4 Mac

I have no electronic arts folder. I have looked in my files, in the files enclosed in the sims folder, looked on the cloud, nothing. I deleted the game, deleted origin, restarted everything and no file was created. Help please I have given up all hope.

    When you load your game is it like brand new? No saves etc? The correct location for the user data is Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
