Re: Unable to start: The Sims 4 is already running - Mac only

I deleted my game because it kept acting crazy so when I downloaded it back, and tried to open the ea app it's saying that the sim's 4 game is already running but it's not popping up on my MacBook so I tried to dit again and it was saying that the game was launching but also that it was an error because the game was already running. It's still not popping up on my MacBook, and every time I try to play thats all that's keep popping up from it. I restarted the ea app about ten time's, I deleted it about five time's, and did the app recovery five time's, and nothing is working.
