Budget? It's quite difficult to suggest without knowing the budget. In my research, I have found this macbook pro m1 version which is pretty good, for those who's carry the mid-budget like 1400-$1500, This device has 8 core CPU and 8 core GPU and I think 8 core is enough to run the sims better.
