So close to a month ago I decided to hope back on my game, having to wait for this huge new update and learn to find out my game basically deleted every single household and game file I had built. This didn't bother me to much so I went ahead and made a new family thinking it'll save like it always does. But like 3 weeks later and this is my fricking fifth time my sims game has either completely froze or I've turned off my laptop and then back on later to realize my origins is logged out like normal, but my sims files are allll gone again. It's to a point i'm about to just get off origin and give up on this game. Which is the only reason I even use this app. Someone pls help or tell me how to go about this annoying situation.
