I'm hoping someone can help!
I deleted all of my bin and downloads and tried to free up some storage on my Mac and now my Sims last save has disapeared!
Desktop and documents were unchecked to begin with, I have unchecked optimise storage. I have tried pulling it off iCloud onto my desktop, and now it's saying my last save game was a year ago.
I can't find it anywhere. Tell me it's not lost forever! I know it's only a game but it has been fantastic having it during this pandemic.
Please open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type d -name "*saves*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
