[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

I have been playing Sims 4 on my laptop for a long time. I recently got a desktop computer, and I wanted to transfer my mods folder over so that I had the same cc. I got the file from my laptop to my desktop, and I then put the file into my Sims 4 mods folder. Only some of the CC is showing up. The CC is still showing up on my laptop, just not the desktop. I am not very tech orientated, so I do not know where to begin fixing this issue. What should I do? I use a MacBook Air (laptop) and a Mac Desktop.
