Alright, I did what you told me to do and this was the result:

These are all the Sims 4 folders you have which may contain saves in the Saves folder:
Current or previous folders stored in iCloud:
/Users/psycholesbo/iCloud Drive (Archive) - 1/Desktop/The Sims 4
/Users/psycholesbo/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Desktop/The Sims 4
/Users/psycholesbo/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
Sims 4 folders separate to iCloud:
/Users/psycholesbo/Desktop/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
/Users/psycholesbo/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
That last one in bold is where the game will load your data from such as saves, mods etc. It will not look in the other locations. That is the Sims 4 folder located in the Electronic Arts folder located in your user Documents folder. Do you have any saves in there? If so, please open Terminal again and copy and paste the following command then hit enter:
cd Documents/Electronic\ Arts/The\ Sims\ 4/saves
After hitting enter, copy and paste this list command then hit enter:
ls
You should now see a list of the contents of that saves folder in the Terminal window. Please copy and paste it here. I'm asking for this to check save file names that the game is currently trying to load.
I'm asking you to use Terminal to produce these results because it is the most accurate method and makes sure we are in the correct location. You have so many Sims 4 folders that it would be easy to open the wrong one and that would be even more confusing 🙂
One other question, are you sure iCloud Drive is now disabled in System Preferences?

That are all my save files, but the game still doesn't recognize any of them
And to your question: I checked and iCloud Drive isn't fully disabled, but when I'm going on "options" the "Desktop and Documents folders" thing is unchecked

Thanks. Can you create a new folder in that Sims 4 folder called Saves 2 and move all those saves into it, every single one, apart from Slot_0000000a.save.
Rename your Mods folder Mods 2. This will stop the game loading any CC/Mods you have installed.
Trash the localthumbcache.package file.
Now launch the game to the main menu and see if you get the option to load that save.- 3 years ago
I did everything you told me and the game still won't give me the option to load a save
