Hello, Thank you for replying. I don't have windows? im on an MacBook Air computer. I went to the apple menu and opened systems information app, and I clicked system report button. But from there I don't know what else to do or look at. Please help, thank you.

    See the opening post on page 1 for further information. The issue is iCloud, buying more and more storage will not help when your internal disk is full.
