So I made a screenshot of the folder process but I can't put it in and I don't understand a few things.
It says: My username> iCloudDrive (Archives) > documents > Electronic Art > The sims 4 > Mods.
Except that I haven't used Drive on my computer for almost 6 months and the folder I had on iCloud I retrieved and deleted (I don't know if that's understandable). Whereas the mods folder was moved from documents to desktop, from desktop to document in the “Sims 4” folder.
thanks again for your time and help! Thank you very much, it makes me very happy

That's the issue. Your data needs to be directly in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. This is all covered in the iCloud thread here [READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues | EA Forums - 10979712

Yes, except that I haven't had iCloud for almost 6 months... so I deleted this folder in the archive, and put the mods folder I had on my external hard drive directly in the “sims 4” folder and now the folder is as you said... except that the problem remains the same despite everything being in order and the signals being green in the “other” section.

what's more, when I type “mods” into my finder, this is what I get... and there's no folder...

I don't want you to do a search, you need to navigate through to the Mods folder and you also need to enable the path bar at the bottom of the Finder window. I provided a link on how to do this, if you don't already know, in one of my previous posts.
