I know it is just a game and I shouldn't be crying, but I was really looking forward to playing with my families which I had spend at least a good 5 years building.
AND NOW ALL IS GONE.
I just upgraded to Tahoe 26 and my saves folder is empty and I seem to not be able to go back or rever to a previous save. I wish somoene would have told us us about this.
I'm so gutted I can't explain.

See the opening post in this thread I’ve moved your posts to and check your iCloud. If you still can’t find the saves let me know and we can try something else.

Going to my iCloud is the first thing I did, but that folder was empty there as well. So I decided to spend money on a third party file recovery software [not cheap at all, but ...] and it was able to pull up various times that an EA folder was create through the years (so I guess in a way it was able to somehow access my backed-up memories, which can't be traced presently on Tahoe 26).
