Restart Required for Missing Packs Purchased

Question

It says Restart Required for Missing Packs that I've purchased but my EA Library and sims 4 library show that they're already purchased and downloaded. I've restarted so many times and it's still not working. Also unable to find any way to contact EA support besides forums.&nbsp; Help please!&nbsp;
