It would help to have it all and not an abridged version. Next time paste it all into a Word file or some other text file and upload it.
Files that look like this will load:
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00002239.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001141.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00002307.save
Files that look like this are backups and do not load unless you remove the backup extension:
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001120.save.ver2
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_0000111d.save.ver4
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_0000115d.save.ver1
Files that look like this are multiple copies of the same file that your OS has reproduced due, probably to iCloud syncing or moving files into a location where a file with the same name already exists:
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001111.save 198.ver1
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001111.save 37.ver1
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001111.save 56.ver1
In the data you have provided, only these will load into your game:
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001157.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00002239.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_0000223b.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_0000222d.save
/Users/amykenna/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves/Slot_00001141.save

Your saves folder is a mess and needs organising. Sort out your iCloud Drive syncing, create a folder somewhere and move all the contents of your saves folder into the new folder. Move ONE save file back into the saves folder and see if it loads in-game. If it does great, do that with all the save files. If it doesn't you've got a bigger problem.
