Hi everyone!
I have been playing the Sims 4 for a while now but have recently had issues.
The app wouldn't open and so I re-downloaded Origin (and maybe the Sims App by mistake). Although Origin says I played for 59 hours, my progress doesn't seem to have been saved.
Does anyone know what I can do? I tried to go in the saved folder and use the 4th progress (what the EA website told me to do) but it isn't working.

In the Electronic Arts folder there is a "saved" folder with like saves 1-2-3-4 (like in the link below) and I tried to do what they say in the link but it did not work.

No really ... I follow the steps but nothing changes. Do I have to go on something specific once I enter the game?
I tried to do what that article said and it didn't work for me at first either but since I had previously deleted my saves folder the new one was empty so I searched for slot_ and the files still existed on my computer so I dragged them out of the search bar into the empty saves folder and my saves came back. (Do this with the game not open)
