sims 4 bundles and packs wont work!

okay so basically i have been having this same situation where all my in game sims 4 bundle's and pack's wont load or work and it tells me to restart the game but have no idea what that means but i h...

Remove or rename your Mods folder. Trash the localthumbcache.package file, repair the game then reload to see if it works.

Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162

Please also post a screenshot of the error message.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try and fix this yourself?

this is one example of what it says and when i do load into the game none of the stuff is there i have them but there missing ive used the mod manager because im thinking i have to many mods i also have a macbook air...i have also used the a file mananger stuff like that and ive deleted my mods and it will still happen im really lost
