Sims 4 Camera keeps moving by itself

Hmm, I thought this was fixed in a patch ages ago but seemingly not. When it happens are you able to stop it by pressing on one of the arrow keys?

Try hitting the ESC key when it happens. At the moment there doesn't seem to be a fix for it and it doesn't affect everyone. It's very intermittent so maybe an uninstall and reinstall may fix it?

It still does it for me. Not all the time but enough to be annoying.

This is happening on the newest version (1.72.28.1230) on MacOS 11.2.3, running on a Macbook Pro 2015 (Intel).

In build mode, about once per minute when pressing "down" (S key), to move the camera in the down direction, the camera doesn't stop and just moves forever until hitting the edge of the screen. Sometimes it's possible to interrupt the movement by pressing other keys or the mouse. It's making the game unplayable.
