    I have been playing and the camera doesn't glitch out anymore I guess the game fixed its self hopefully it doesn't do it again

Try hitting the ESC key when it happens. At the moment there doesn't seem to be a fix for it and it doesn't affect everyone. It's very intermittent so maybe an uninstall and reinstall may fix it?
