sims 4 cats and dogs won't load and neither will my game

I recently brought sims 4 cats and dogs after installing it I went to play it and was met with a error code starting with 132 , saying the game wouldn't load and that I would need to restart origin. ...

My Mac is a MacBook Air and has maci0s Catalina I have already done this as when I updated my Mac not long ago I could not access sims 4 base game at all and found this solution and it worked.

    No not at all this was before I got the expansion pack and I updated my Mac the game still isn’t working

    Sorry, I'm confused because you said in your previous post "I have already done this as when I updated my Mac not long ago I could not access sims 4 base game at all and found this solution and it worked."

    Have you tried repairing your game?
